Part 1 — Terms of Use

1. Who we are & what this is

The Eco-Warriors program is an employer/institution recycling-rewards program under Trash to Cashback (TTCB), operated by BeepXtra PH Inc. ("bXTRA PH") together with Basic Environmental Systems & Technologies, Inc. ("BEST"), and offered to participating institutions (the first being Concentrix). The program is currently a pilot: features, figures, and these terms may change as it matures.

2. Who these terms cover

3. Accounts & identity

4. Environmental Points (EP)

EP is a redemption reward, not cash. 1 EP = ₱1 of redemption value for goods and services at bXTRA PH partner stores. EP is not money: it cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for cash, or "spent like cash."

5. Acceptable use

6. Institution reporting

Dashboards, ESG figures, and CO₂e estimates are provided for internal program management. CO₂e uses cited public emission factors (US EPA WARM v16) and tree-year equivalents are illustrative. External or regulatory use of any figure requires written permission and accuracy sign-off from BEST, bXTRA PH, and the institution.

7. Service, changes & liability

Part 2 — Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the program handles personal data, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its IRR. The personal information controller for program data is BeepXtra PH Inc., with BEST as processor/co-controller for drop-off and buyback records.

8. What we collect — per stakeholder

9. The employer data firewall

Your employer sees aggregates, not individuals. Institution dashboards show rollups by city/building/department, participation counts, and program totals. Leaderboards inside the app show you only your own group. Individual browsing behaviour, redemption choices, and personal balances are not reported to the employer. Appearing on a leaderboard at all is controlled by the consent you gave at enrollment (and you can change it).

10. How data is shared

11. Security & retention

12. Your rights (RA 10173)

You may access your data, ask us to correct it, object to processing, ask for erasure/blocking where warranted, and withdraw consent (which ends program participation but does not undo already-verified environmental records). You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). To exercise any right, contact us below — we respond within the periods required by law.
